Went from 3 to 4 lights on program 2

Overnight pain was mild moving from R to L.

Had pain all day moving from R to L but had periods where is was mild.  took extra methadone at 5pm, helped for awhile.

Felt terrible in the evening. Probably food poisoning.  Still had R. pain all evening. 

Didn't go to bed until noon. Took 2 extra methadone at that time.

Went from 3 to 4 lights on program 2

 Overnight had pain after 11am meds eventually back to sleep. Up at 1pm. 3pm pain on both sides heavy pain unable to do much. Sat at the desk and held massager on my legs throughout the day. There were time where it let up some. Pain was mostly on the right but sometimes on the left and sometimes both. Same story at night. Unable to be productive. It would eb and flow and switch legs. When to bed at 6:30am
