Went from 4 to 5 lights on program 2

 Overnight had R pain most of the night. Woke me several times.  Didn't sleep well.

During the day had R pain all day.  Took extra Methadone at 5pm helped some.

Had R heavy R pain all evening.

Went from 4 to 5 lights on program 2

 Overnight had pain after 11am meds eventually back to sleep. Up at 1pm. 3pm pain on both sides heavy pain unable to do much. Sat at the desk and held massager on my legs throughout the day. There were time where it let up some. Pain was mostly on the right but sometimes on the left and sometimes both. Same story at night. Unable to be productive. It would eb and flow and switch legs. When to bed at 6:30am
